Measured, not promised: every number comes from an automated count on the server. Measured on Oct 5, 2026.

01 · Services

One team for the app, the server, the AI and the device.

No passing the ball between vendors: everything fits end to end because we built all of it.

01

AI-powered apps and PWAs

Apps you install from the browser that keep working offline and use AI where it actually helps: search, summarize, answer. One codebase for iPhone, Android and desktop.

02

Servers and monthly operations

Your app on your own server: Docker, HTTPS, backups and monitoring with alerts. We can run it for you every month, or hand it over fully documented.

03

AI automation

Agents that answer WhatsApp, n8n flows that move data between your systems, and smart search (RAG) over your documents with models running on your own server. Your data stays home.

Hardware and IoT

Rescue for AI-built apps

Your Lovable, Bolt, v0 or Replit app crashes, won’t scale, or nobody knows how to deploy it? We review it, fix it and put it in production with automated tests.

Games and kiosks

Games for brand activations and museums, cheat-resistant leaderboards, touch kiosks and arcade cabinets that run without internet.

Not on the list?

Tell me anyway. If it plugs into the internet or a wall socket, it can probably be built.

02 · Work

Real work, with the metric in the headline.

Two clients, two worlds: a daily-operations platform and an arcade for a museum.

Arca Tierra · regenerative farming network, Mexico City

Arca Tierra: 1,115 automated tests in production, 0 failures

The full platform for a regenerative farming network in Mexico City: online store with boxes and subscriptions, experience bookings, deliveries, inventory, reports, roles and permissions, and an assistant that searches their catalog.

03 · Demos

Demos you can touch.

Sample apps built with the same method we’d use with you: a single page that feels like a real app. Tap them, break them, install them.

These are ownerless demos: sample data, nothing real. See all demos at demos.dabychos.com (opens in a new tab)

04 · Hardware

We also build the part you can touch.

The flashiest example: an arcade cabinet with two games, real controls and zero dependence on the internet. The same craft builds a sensor for your warehouse or a panel that runs your home.

Custom IoT

  • Custom ESP32 Boards, firmware and the app that controls them, designed together.
  • Home Assistant Your home or shop with automations that keep running even when the internet goes down.
  • Sensors Temperature, doors, power usage, water-tank level… with alerts to your phone.
  • A PWA that runs your home Big buttons, no third-party apps, on your own server.
05 · How we work

From the first “hello” to your working demo.

No endless meetings or blind quotes: first you see your app, then you decide.

  1. Book your call

Pick a day and time on the calendar: any day, any hour, from any country. Times show up in your own time zone.

  2. A 1-minute basic questionnaire

What kind of app you want, what your business does and where you are today. Just enough to come prepared.

  3. I confirm your call and your questionnaire arrives in your app

Every question comes with examples and a recommended answer, so it takes minutes, not an afternoon.

  4. Your demo in 24 hours or less

The clock starts when you send your questionnaire. Answer it 48 hours before your call and we start building your demo before we talk.

Studio hours: Monday to Friday, 6 am to 5 pm (Mérida time). Outside those hours, the clock starts at 6 am the next business day.

  5. Your demo comes with 10 optional upgrades

Researched for your specific app, no prices, no pressure. You decide which ones you want now, later or never.

  6. Everything lives in your portal

Answers, decisions, demo and history in one place. Email only notifies you. The code and the server are yours; monthly maintenance is optional.

FAQ

Do you issue invoices?

Yes. We issue electronic invoices (Mexican CFDI) for the service; ask for one when you request a quote.

Who owns the code?

You do. The code, the server and the data are yours from day one. You get the repository and the documentation so any developer can pick up where we left off.

What if something breaks?

Everything we deliver ships with automated tests and monitoring. With monthly maintenance we watch the server, apply patches and handle incidents; without it, you get the runbook to handle them yourself.

Do you work with companies outside Mexico?

Yes. The calendar shows times in your time zone, we work in Spanish or English and everything is reviewed in your portal, from anywhere.

How much does it cost?

It depends on the scope. Tell me what you need and I’ll send you a fixed quote, no surprises.

Is the demo really free and ready in 24 hours?

Yes. You book, answer your questionnaire in the app, and from the moment you send it we have 24 studio hours: Monday to Friday, 6 am to 5 pm Mérida time (weekends don’t count). If you send it outside those hours, the clock starts at 6 am the next business day. And if you answer it 48 hours before your call, we start building your demo before we talk.
